WHAT'S TO BE DONE? (Part One)

No apologies to V.I. Lenin who asked this question in a famous 1902 pamphlet.
Following my blog last week, here are some thoughts:
1. Have a highly knowledgeable nonprofit professional review your organization. For the most honest and accurate analysis, select someone who’s not associated with you or your organization.
2. Ask accomplished, professional marketers (active or retired) to volunteer to help you with your marketing.
3. Ask successful entrepreneurs (active or retired) to volunteer to help you manage and grow your organization.
4. Write a Newt Four-Part Plan to grow 100%, 500%, 1,000% by December 2024. Newt’s Four-Part Plan is:
a. Vision
b. Goal
c. Strategy
d. Projects/Tactics
The minimum acceptable growth should be 100% by June 2024. You can do it. You probably have grown 100% multiple times.
5. Don’t be timid. We’re going to lose America if the only changes conservative leaders make are at the margins, i.e., modest changes.
6. Invest heavily in the growth of your donor base. If done properly, all of your investment will be recovered in 12-18 months, and you will have grown your organization 100-1,000%+ at zero cost and the average donor will contribute 1,000-3,000%+ additionally in their lifetime and bequests.
7. Review the effectiveness of your team members. Should some be let go or retired? I suspect a good number have already retired; they just haven’t gotten around to telling you they have—help them.
8. Review your Board of Directors. If it consists mostly of family, friends, neighbors, employees, you’ll never have an impactful organization. It will be difficult for most, BUT you want a Board of Directors that will challenge you and hold you accountable.
9. If you don’t regularly get out of your comfort zone, you won’t be contributing to saving Western Civilization.
